As everyone knows, when our SimCard is stolen, damaged or lost... We can ask at the Operator the same SimCard with our own number. The questions that I propose are:

1- How do they Build a SimCard like the same SimCard I had, with my own number, without the SimCloning?

2- Is it possible to build a SIMCARD with the CONTACT NUMBER we want, and the BALANCE we want?!!!

NOTE: If the OPERATORS can do it, why we can't! (People, think about it!)

Thank you for your atention, and I will wait for some answers!

1. This is possible because the operator assigns your "old" number to your "new" IMSI in their system! This has NOTHING to do with cloning; nothing at all. If you ask the operator for your new SIMs real number, he might actually give it to you and you've got 2 different phone numbers linked to that one IMSI which is in your phone.... simple but effective.

2. Because of the above, you should be able to asnswer your question yourself.... a quick and easy NO is the answer as any number is linked to an IMSI and this is linked to an "inside" account! Hence... no account, no phoning

Simple answer:

1 - Card is identified by serial number (IMSI) which is associated to your account. When a new card is issued (with a different IMSI) they associate that "serial number" to your account and therefore your number.
[ There are two operators here in Portugal that allow 2 different cards (dif. IMSI) per number. You can call from any of them... incoming calls will be redirected to the last one.]

2 - No. To clone a card (which is identified by the IMSI) you need the IMSI and the KI for that card. The usage of the KI is the authentication method they assure that you don't just copy the serial number (like cloning in analog USA phones which is done by copying the serial number).
