V980 Charging Problem

When i put the original Motorola Charger, when phone is off, it powers da fone on, when i put it on powered fone, the baterry on da screen disappears, and when i put a noname charger it signs "Unable to charge"
So How to solve this problem

Try change new charger socket. it will solve the problems.
