V3 Charging

I have here one V3 that power on when I put charger in it, and not showing batery indicator. Comon problem I know !!!
But after I checked all components that are responsable for charging I find that
PCAP is damaged, ok I replace it. Now I have here same simptom, powering on charger and not showing batery meter but now there is a new moment, on display I got UNABLE TO CHARGE. I`m stuck here can any1 point me in right direction.

When you power on the phone is the battery icon show?

Yes, but when I conect charger on phone turn off, phone swich on itself and batery icon disapierd !!! But on phone powered on batery icon stay and say unable to charge.
