Yes, It is KPN (KP) from Netherlands (NL).

If you are the same person that contact us on email about this network and you tried code that we sent to you, please try this if code doesn't work:
There are two methods that could help you:
1st:
About the problem with Alcatel cxxx that you put the code and he ask
again is a little bug on this models..
You must put the code and if he ask again you must type the code and
don't press OK.. Leave for 15m +/- and after that press ok..
This happens when people try to put wrong codes...
Our customers already unlock lots of phones with this problem.
2nd:
When you try with other codes and its blocked, you have to do This...
Start your cell, with your original chip, and put this code, dialing it
and press YES (green phone) ###765*08# .
It will ask you to enter the code, And then It should work!
