and what does it mean ?

and # - removal SP Lock
what secret code of 8 numbers ? what is SP Lock ? :(

I do not hear about codes: *3370# and other...
But I know about *0003*(8 numbers)#
8 numbers - is MasterKey. If your phone is locked every one lock (phone code and other), then you may input MasterKey and every lock and code (except pin, pin2, puk and puk2 codes on the sim-card) will be reset. MasterKey is individual for everyone phone. If you want to know your MasterKey, you can use PapuaUtils or x65-flasher and midlet px65:
Run px65 on your phone, wait for several minutes and you get ESN and HASH of your phone, which input in PapuaUtils or x65-flasher and then you can get MasterKey and SKey of your phone
