Only the Tx, Rx and GND should be connected. Some other SWs use RTS too. If RTS is connected, disconect it.

I recently got my box with all the cables
Want to confirm if the Exx cable can work with C552X model
I tried to connect for the first time yesterday but failed. tried fast and slow buttons but still "Phone not found"
Is there any need to modify the cable? If yes please advise how I can do this.

Regards
Chubby

Sometime cable don't touch to pads, so just try to push it a little (or take off the shield) and try (you'll be able to push it deeper).

EXXX cable wont't work with C551/C552/C651/C652/ELLE phones.
These phones have pinout like ***/Th4 but the connector is thinner.
