Hello GSM-Freaks. :)

I found a Site and I dont belive. So i post this URL here and my Question:

Is it possible that one Software can unlock every Phone? :confused:
Without Hardware? I think, must be an Calculator, but is it possible?
If anyone now something about this URL and the App?
