Hello there,

Can someone please advise on what is really wrong with these phones?

I have got two Birds S299. They were restarting and when fully flashed by infinity,they do not restart anymore but just keep saying "NOT REGISTERED when i put in a simcard..

Kindly advise on what to do.

Hi,

Did you tried to use other sim-card ?
Did you tried to make 112 (emergency) call ?

What is the results of both tests ?

Thanks alot for reply.
Apparently when i put in a simcard,it is still the same problem.
The phone can make emergency calls.

What is Imei No ?
Is it Ok ?
Are you sure that it not barred ?
