O2X1i dead after flash

Sir i got O2x1i. When i inserted a simcard in set, set went to restart automatically. I have fixed such kind of bugs. When i flashed this set, i got dead.
Now i again try to flash i get error

Remove/Install battery now !

How can i fix this bug. when i uncheck smart flash and verify data options, i get full flash but set don't power on.
But whenever i check these options i get above error.

use fully charged battery.
use latest BModule from support area.
check phone hardware (maybe water, maybe bad flash chip, maybe flash bad soldered).

i have used full charged battery now this message shows me sofware.
Plz guide me. If set has bad flash ic than what i should do. should i heat the ic?
