pc is getting off when trying to unlock or flash c117

hi
my pc is getting off ,when i am trying to unlock or flash c117 other all r working perfect ,only problem is comming for c117
i have uninstalled the drivers and install i again ,change the port also . tryed with unlversaal box too .
and with 8 in 1 cable also when i press on button pc is getting off
my box is old white colour with dongal .
pls help me :confused:

To be honest: I see this problem first time.
Please, make this:
. download latest Moto01 module from support area
. try with ordinary COM port cable (connected to COM1 on your PC)
. try with other vables/uniboxes (if you have it)

if I understand right: you start software, press software "Unlock" button, then you press phone "Power" button and after you press software "Power" button PC restart. Is it correct ?

i tryed new ver of software also it is same .
i press unlock on software and then prees pwr button on phone and pc gets totally off,it is same with flashing also.
i have donr each and every thing but it is same ,tryed with 8in1 cables set ,then with unliversail box too ,it happens when i press the pwr button of phone, i tryed many c117 phone but same problem.:confused:

maybe your pc infected an virus
which antivirus your are use in your pc??

yes i have tryed with com cable too ..





i am using nod 32 and my pc is not infected by virus
