I have this J100 But Having Problem to unlock it
i am using K750 cable and also using 9v external battery
and using latest infinity software
here is the Log........
COM18 selected
Action: Unlock
Device: SE J100
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
Err: boot[04]
Release Power button !
Connect Fail
Finished
Remove/Install battery now !
Time used: 35 sec
Any Suggestions

Same Problem With J100i
Same Error
COM6 selected

(i already unlock 100 sets..and i not used external volt for this model)

What is your J100 firmware version ?
What operator locked ?
Why U r Asking f/w Bro.
Did U mean Some f/w are Not Unlockable?

Was Same Error In C261+ J100i
Just Restore Windows Back To Date.

And u have also waisted 24 hours of ur Customers in Just asking firmware.
When i asked whats the point to ask f/w u replied that u r just asking f/w for the fun.
Your Fun can Lost so many Customers of Users who are having ur products instead of asking f/w nothing for Good U Shud have Solve their Problems.
Do u think Customers leave phones for Unlocking Service for the Weeks.
Noway.
So thats make no senses to ask f/w Just for the Fun.

Dear Afzaal,
It's really good idea to ask me why I asked to check firmware version, why I need to know this or that, why I need to know phone model, why I need to know phone name and text from phone back label etc. etc. instead of simply press several buttons and see firmware version.
Just check all my posts and you will see that I never ask anything for fun but always ask questions that helps to make Infinity software more and more powerfull and questions that really helps to solve user's problems.
if you did not understand why I ask to check firmware version this means only one: you did not understand something that I understand much more better than you.
Also now I see that it was not good idea for me to get nickname "InfinitySupport". As I can see so less people respect support persons and think that name "supporter" means only "time waster" and "man who give stupid advices to make customers not so nervious". Especially for people who think that I am "stupid supporter" I want to say that I am one of the Infinty programmers and you even can't imagine how is big my experience and skills.
P.S.
For fun or not for fun, but I did not got phone firmware version information yet ;)

Stupidity has no limits. They have done 100 or more pieces and still blame Infinity, while I don't have Infinity because of the main reason that I don't receive much of the phones supported by Infinity, yet believing that it is a wonderful tool like Vygisbox, and hoping that in the near future I will have this tool in my hands.
