hi infinity team i encounter v690, i try to flash the phone the result is dead, pls help me to unlock v690 i send the backup flash file in your support area

Also, before any other action, please, try to flash your phone with different flash files from support area.

i try to flash the phone in defferent version download in the support area but the result is dead is there another options wait for a minutes i send the back up flash file v690
