its impossible for any server to be online permanently unless being operated by some huge company with dedicated lines etc so we have to accept this from time to time.Frustrating yes but for sure out of the hands of this team.They dont diconnect it just for fun each day im sure:p

try remove the battery reinsert. make sure bb desktop manager is closed etc..
Server is and has been up for some time. yours is a bb to pc connecton issue.
