C261 same version 1 unlocked 1 can't unlocked

good day sir, i have successfully unlocked C261 last oct.19 and today i cannot unlock same unit with same version and the same service provider.cpu id is same. any idea whats going on here?

Are you working to find out why some C261 can`t be unlocked ? ( probably yes)

In one day i got 14 pcs Motorola C261 for unlock. But only 2 pcs from clients, another 12 from friends, friends of friends and so on.... But only clients phone cannot be unlocked, 12 from friends all OK unlocked... :confused:
