Big Prblm With Polar2

After install drivers ok and register box ok, and run instaler polar2 when I open suite update program opens and directly closes. I cant get open polar more than one second.... any idea??? Do I need a .dat file as polar1???? help needed :(

first remove all files polar and istalle

"polarbox2_installer :setup_ver1.0.2 " after u can istalle "update suite "
