Can you post flash id read by SST.
SST A31 loader is designed to support AMD/Spansion Flashes.
It is possible sometimes that the problem is in the flash IC or some hardware damage in the flash IC.

I agree with you, but seem that it's not hw problem. Phone was killed by unlock by joker. I can flash any part of flash with SST and Joker, but cann't rewrite at address 0x000000. I have 3 pcs with such problem and I'm not alone. There is a thread about this problem at mobile files .ru forum...

no, it's does not help. This have been tested first of all.
i also need the flash file. help solve it
