what dongle type you use and what OS?
We have 2 dongle types.
First need a driver the second is driveless in Windows XP

its ok now my reseller give me old software for sst not sst box one I download th latest version of sst box one and its ok now thanks for your reply

..I have problem with new SST Box One (only box....dongle is "old" one)...few days a go I sold one SST Box One wich I used for 1 month without any problems....atach a new one yesterday, PC see hem corectly(SST Box One), tryed to do one phone and in the meadle of proces PC report to me "a new HW found...bla..bla..." and no way to make shown SST Box One but SST Service Toolbox USB Cable...before these PC show SSTBoxOne on Com10 and after these sily situation on Com12...if I try to update driver no drivers shown like You say...I tryed on 2 PC's and 2 LapTop's where are before "old" box One worked just fine, but these one make me crazy...:mad:
btw...I must said that Box working normaly...just not shown in DevMen like SST BoxOne..

We created a Driver setup for Windows XP.
All needed drivers for SST are included in this installation.
All users can download from here ( user name and password required) (http://www.sst-gsm.com/scard/SST_Drivers_Setup_XP.exe)

...for me still no Drvers for SST Box One shown...just like before SST Service Toolbox USB Cable....but most important thing that SST BoxOne work fine even not shown in DevMen like SST BoxOne...cheers:cool:
