i have these 2 phone with similar problem all keep on restarting is hardware or software problem plaese help!
Restarting when calling right?
Software problem, use a search button to find solution, its very simple !

NO,when you power it on with or without simcard it start to restart.
eeprom area serious damaged. reset code can't helps in this situation because phone restart so fast (don't have time to enter any code).
Ordinary software upgrade not helps in most cases.
Can be solved by Infinity-Box and repair eeprom procedure.
