hi all,

i've just got my new SE P990i from Qatar few days back
basicly i want every bidy to post all problems and try together to find a solution to our problems

and i'll start by my self ..

when i try to specify a sound (Ring tone) for anything (contact alarm etc.) i select find sound to go to the sounds and select wht i need

sudenly when i select find sound a strange messege coming as follow:
Head Line: Information
Then : Not Found

i dont know what happens and i do need help coz i didnt change any file name or location ... just like that

since i'm the only man who start this .. i actually find that 21 users read my messege and just left

so i thought to put more stuff like what i feel about the mobile

so.. as i was Nokia user and this is the first time to use SE P990i here is the things i find

1- you cannot specify ring tone for each group
2- phone book management in SE P990i better then Nokia
3- Speaker is not loud enough to call it speaker
4- its a good phone but memory is too low
5- never hang with me, may be coz i'm not heavy user, i use it for my calls and business staff
6- speed is ok only startup is slow but that also in nokia
7- Expensive !!!!
8- business card scanner is just great.
9- whenever i use the bluetooth hand free the other side is telling me that my voice isnt clear ... but that was in nokia too.
10-cannot read arabic SMS :( , but there is a programe called psiloc crystal Arabic localization but still not cracked yet .. some are working on that and once i got it i'll upload it here.
11- i'll let you guys continue from here .. and if i face any thing else with the mobile i'll post it here

i hate the fact it takes sooooooooo long just to turn on the blimey loud speaker on, ive just given up on it...

i dunno why on earth they got rid of the 4 way jog dial from the p910i,

1 major fault on mine which i was really ***** bout lol...was when i was taking pictures an error came up saying memory error or sumthing and deleted all my pictures :confused:... but all my software that was on the memory card was still there...

first of all thanx for your reply hear ... i feel thats a very good mobile ... but since you are x SE user so you will be better than me to judge the mobile ... for me comparing to nika regarding the speed its not that much slow

any way the other problem you got very much strange !!!! :confused: same like mine i post from long time

still i'm a new SE user and i'll find out more and let u know

if anyone is wondering i found out how 2 turn the speaker fone in 2 buttons... lol

ive taken off my flip so i dnt knw how to do it with the flip on...

press the bottom left key (the 1 with a big arrow) n press ok when you are on the call...
