Could any1 tell me why I can't program PIC on my gold card with JDM? The erase process is working in 100%, the reading process to but I can't program it. I get verify failed at adress 0000h and when I read card I got only some 0000 and euro signs? Can some one tell what the problem could be?

What hexfiles are you trying to write to your goldcard?

I tried to write the loader. After inserting to phoenix it says card reset failed. Then I tried to write the hex generated by twinsim while programming every think looks fine but when the verify process ends it pops up Verify failed at adress 0000h. When I read the PIC after programming any of the hexes I just get some euro signs and zeros. I use IcProg and it's configured as it is said on IcProg's webpage...

StachurskY:
Twinsim generated Hexfiles are not Checksum-fixed,
maybe thats what causes your probs......

But I can't even write loader which I think is good (the chk sums are ok) I've tried many difrent loaders...Someone told me that it could be cables problem and after that I have connected the programmer directly to a PC port and the results were the same...I even can't write PIC (normal not that on the card) but I can read and write eeproms unsoldered from 6110 so I think that it's not the ISO connector problem...

Check the voltages on the programmer. Specially if you're using a serial-port-powered one and specially on a laptop.

Thanks for all your replies ;) All the problems were coused by card problems...I've just bought another card and it works perfectly with ProPic+JDM and with WinPhoenix ;))) I managed to clone one sim card (hex generated by twinsim) that works so it's big success for me...

The card with error now in propic I can erase it then blank chceck it, but when I start programming it says error wriying 000Eh so reading and erasing works 100% but it can't be programmed

Once more big thanks

Just two clues:

1) A completely broken card won't give any error erasing.

2) A completely broken card will always read 0000s

Use the programmer without any card and try to read/erase... The results will be the same.
