aftersearch and see tutorial on official web site, I have this error :
Socket Error # 10060
Connection timed out.
Time needed - 00:00:22

some one can tell me what is solution and I need use server or no (if yes where is turotrial pls) ?

You need internet conection for unlock and be sure u use latest setup from support.
