So Far I have to agree with the above. I bought this a month ago and have yet to unlock a phone! They sent all the software on DVD's and my computer only had CD drives. It was getting near the time for me to buy a new computer so I did, with a DVD ROM. When I downloaded all the Software it took about 15 gigs of HDD (Luckily I got the new computer, my old one didnt have that space). The problem now is, the Alibaba 2 box requires an LPT port AND a Serial port on your computer. No modern day computers come with this that I have seen. I have now asked 6 Times if I can hook up an adapter cable from the two cables (LPT and Serial) into seperate USB ports. I found these adapter cables on the net, ie LPT on one side and USB on the other side and the same with the Serial port. Evidently "Adapter" is not in their language. they keep sending me back answers that make no sense. So I am going to wait for the Adapter cables to come in; if they work, I'll let this forum know.
They also say you can use it without your PC. First of all they mean by connecting the USB and deriving power from that. However, even with that, I couldnt unlock a phone, the instructions are VERY vague and incomplete; and obviously written by someone who hasnt mastered the English language yet. I really need this thing to work, but I'll only give it another week of this BS.
Otherwise I'm sending this POS back. Thank *** I paid on my Visa!!!

my friend, alibaba box as you should have known is a compilation of many softs so those that work by lpt must need lpt port and serial needs serial, if you need a mordern pc with lpt, buy desktop, for the serial adaptor will help you, it is called BAFO usb to com, without pc is only meant smart clip! not all the box feature ok, actualy i bought this box because of flash files and cables,
