how to enter code in blackberry 7130G

I've got the code from docgsm.net and can not enter it in the phone
can some one help me please ?
I go to setting advanced setting SIM ( it give the sim id )
hold the swift and paded MEPD but nothing happend so what I should do ????
please help

there is no need to hold swift or shift only write mepd the mep2 and all rigth
