hello friend a coustomer bring me 1 v980 for repair i dont understend this problem the phone is not starting in normal mode the phone start in test mode and on screen shows this

ok to program
tranfer mode:
serial rs-232

please some one can help me ?

no need to flash phone juste disassemble and clean the charge connector
