dear check back up battery and its charging way , otherwise u should change back up battery , fone will be ok

i also face this problem but cant solve with reset,and wat is battery backup....u mean change battery.

there is small cell in the fone , when u set the time , its working till u power off the fone ,

hi dear how r u plz help me about c100.i have a c100 its speaker WORKED just in ringing.no sound in call making handfree jack is clean and ok.plz help me.
