E350 cracked lens

My girlfriend has cracked the lens on her phone. She's asked if I might be able to repair and she's located a replacement lens. I don't have the phone here so can't really tell how difficult a job it is. Does the lens stick on the front or do I have to dismantle the case?

Any information would be much appreciated.

in my case i bought a dummy e350 off ebay,dismantled it and the lens fitted perfectly straight onto the front of my real...lol e350,after taking out the old 1,didn,t have to dismantle the real1 only the dummy mob:).

So the lens sticks on the front of the phone? That's great news :)
