v360 dead after water

Dear all,

I have problem with one v360v.
Drop in the water.
I clean PCB with ultrasonic cleaner and dry, but
can not turn on the phone.
I test part of LCD with another PCB, and LCD is ok (turn on).
Problem is on PCB.
When I connect on Smart Clip, he write PHONE NOT FOUND.

Tell me, how to make again turn ON?
I reheat parts which I can open shield (J1350, U50, U80, U200, U150, FL100), but I did not try to lift the main shield and rehaet there. This shield is hard to remove complete without make any demage.

Any solution for this problem?

Put some circuit cleaner to the board and let it stay.repeat this process and then **** it with a air compressior. water damage is always hard to fix
