E398 can't turn on

Motorola E398
phone after crash.
I can not turn it on by power button pressing
only when i conect charger or USB cable (phone is charging) then I can turn it on. Then I can make a call, I can write and send SMS, take a photo, i can do everything.
when I disconect charger or USB cable the phone i working fine until I lock the keypad (phon turns off) or backlight goes off (phone turns off).
then I need charger or cable to repeat process of switching on
What is wrong with this E398 ??

maybe your PCAP IC doesn't work correctly,please check on/off button on your keypad or maybe keypad with connector on your board not connect.you can try to connect on/off switch on your board with ground (usually at pin number two)

Next to the charger connector u have to see 2 mirror IC just reflow this IC's...
