samsung r220 dead,but charging volt is ok....i remove three black ics upside on charging jack....plz help ,its urgent?

removed items are not ic its resistance anyway, check bat connector
if ok then flash your phone
if not ok then check ltrg & p200
if not ok reball cpu & flash ic

thnx 4 ur advice....but if ltrg and p200 is faulty it dont give charging volt but in this case it gives charging volt....cpu andflash both r sealed.

P200 also use for distribute volt from bat
cpu & flash are both sealed but you have to reball with experiance
