V975 problem

hi
i have two V975 phones with 2 strange problem

first phone........ has problem with hot pcb but not pa is hot only
U3000 (5185941F02 4CEXORT) chipset it's very hot everytime when i try to charge the phone and the battery is empty verry quickly

second phone ...........when i power on the phone .......this working for 2-3 sec and restart and with a charger connected restarted too with a sound befor started
what can i do?
for second phone is a software problem or not?

put the second phone to flash mode (hold *+# and put phone battery), if the phone dont restart on flash mode - it is not HW problem --> flash him with full flash

how can i desold U3000 (5185941F02 4CEXORT) chipset because i try to change him with my hot air station but ..... nothing happening ....it's some glue
how can do this ???
