need v3r backup or repair solution

Hello, i have a v3r after unlocking using TP it has began blincking so i do repair pds with victor and now just keypad blinks, also victor has changed the SW version from r4515 to r479(it makes my v3r into v3i). so i need a solution how to repair this dead phone or full backup from another live v3r with SW version 4515* and boot 0a.52 to make some experiments :)
