C115 charging circuit

hi mates i need urgent solution plz reply urgent i have c115 with charging prob...in the circuit U5 IC is damage. i hvnt any other board or IC. can i replace this IC with single diode from any other nokia kit like 3310.

is your phone continues charge without charger ? or what ? untill u want to change U5 ?
