Hello i am new to this gsm things but try to learn.
Ok i try to run sim_scan 1.21 F1 ok F3 ok
F5 ok until i`ve got the eight first bytes then it seems to me that my card is dead put it in my phone and it can`t send.
Is it possible to get it back to life?

Which option of F5 did you use? The first one, right?
Your card is a probably a new card with limited KI attacks... sorry.. it's dead forever...
I guess that even if you'd used F5-F3 it'd still be broken as you need to find 12 bytes of KI successfully before going "brute-force"...
Ask your operator for a new card as you won't be able to recover your's...
Do you remember what was the limit reached when it stopped at the 8 bytes? If it was high then your first eight bytes were hard to find and maybe you'd have better luck with another card...
If they were low... well... don't even try the next card...
