Motorola C155 problem

Hi all

I'm experiencing problems with a Motorola C155. On the display it shows that everything is ok but the phone can't make or receive calls. I've checked all settings and there's no problem with the settings. Is it a hardware or software problem?:confused:

Is easy to find problem: first flash the phone if doesn`t work then is hardware problem, but my guess is u have a hardware problem.
