motorola rokr e1 not charging plz help

first check charger connector,filter IC near PCAP IC...if this filter broken, when you plug in your charger without battery, lcd will show unable to charge,this indicate that BATT_FEEDBACK from PCAP to charger is open
resoldered or replace filter ,and make sure that ways from charger with PCAP is good.
