hy i have nokia 3200 I change uem because the phone not charging and now imei is ?????????????????? I tryed to write rpl for asic 2 whit tornado and it give me this error IMEI: ??????-??-??????-?, ASIC: 2

if the uem is new, then write again same rpl,untill it's ok. if not, if it's fromanother phone, then u will need rpl calculation by griffin or universalbox

reheat or reflow again your UEM............ possibly theres a unsoldered contact........... then write your RPL file again.......
