Hi
I've a RAZR V3 with an inop keypad.
The only button that works in the red on/off.
Upon switch on pressing any button shows the volume set at seven (max) screen.
I therefore suspect the fault is in the volume control circuit.
On a working V3 holding the volume key full on has the same effect.
I've dismantled and checked the swithes for moisture and any obvious electrical faults that I can measure but all seem ok.
I've read a few posts from people with the same problem and they had replies suggesting a software upgrade and the keyboard flex upgrade. Both of which I've tried with various versions both with no effect.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
