How to update nokia!!!

Hi guys,

I want to update a nokia 8210 5.27 to 5.30
But wich files do i need.
I've got:

8210-530c PPM (1.9mb)
8210-530 MCU (1.3mb)

Do I need both files?

Or is the ppm files also the MCU file or visa versa?
Please help me...

You need mcu+ppm, but the size of both (joined) is 1.900.544 (i think that your file 8210-530c PPM (1.9mb) its mcu+ppm(c)).

MCU SW is main software with all needed functions for proper work of phone.

PPM Data are block of data that define different groups of users,
like language groups (a,b,c,d,e...)

You can merge both files, with this command:

copy /b file.mcu+file.ppm (result=1.900.544 for 8210, now file.mcu it's mcu+ppm)

Your file 8210-530c it's mcu+ppm, before you proceed, find information about what lenguages are included in ppm-c:
