Hi
I've got problem - i've got V3 from my friend - it was liquid damaged - charging small LCD Camera did not worked - so i cleaned it all and now only left charging - from schematic i went to two elements... D901 and Q901 - on D901 voltage is about 5.1V on Q901 its max 1.6V (when its hot only 0.7V) - and same is on battery pins ;/
so my question is what are thous IC and where can i get them (don't have secound V3) any other motorolas - what r values of them ??
