Hi Alf !
I have GSM 11.11 V5 and ISO 7816-3,4. Where do I find document with complete INS and COMMAND list? Help from you or other forum visitors would be greatly appreciated.

Those standards were quite enough for me to add features and commands to Dejan's gsm_sim.
Anything extra to that, only the Sim Application Toolkit extensions, also described in a standard.
Go to ESTI (http://www.esti.org) and do a search. Everything about the SIM card protocol is there...
And please... stop posting your requests directly at me... I'm not the owner of this forum and certainly not the only one with knowledge...

Just a small correction - www.etsi.org (http://www.etsi.org) should be the correct link.
The version 5 of 11.11 is obsolete so try to download a newer one (free of charge - just registration is necessary).
