1. start Infinity-Box software
2. connect cable to phone
3. select com port
4. press "unlock" button
5. press phone "power" button
6. wait several seconds
7. enjoy

under my infinity shellthough a38 is listed, but when the module loads there is no a38 listed in fone types, so what fone type do i use. 02x1, benq m300 etc but no a38. pls advice

you using old program. download latest Bmodule
thanks infinity help for quick reply. i already guess that am using an old version of bmodule i.e V1.23. but sincerely i have been searching download area i.e root/ software / updates, i cant find bmodule i can see other modules like amodule V1.02, chinese miracle V1.40 etc, but no Bmodule. Pls direct or just paste shortcut here. thanks

hello!
BModule is not available for single download.
but it is included in main_installation_package
i can only find an updated Bmodule( v1.27) in setup main V2.7a, but the entire file is to big, cos my connection here is slow. is there a way just to upgrade the bmodule only

you can see this in cable selector:
Cable name: BenQ-M300
KEYBOARD TOP
1.........10
1: Gnd
5: Tx
6: Rx
I use M300 cable,but in unlocking i get this message
COM25 selected
Device: BenQ A38

Action: Unlock
Boot...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !
Connecting...
Boot Done
Check Connection...
Check Connection Done
Set Baud...
Set Baud Done
Check Flash...
Check Flash Done

Err: not locked or unknown eeprom
Check Parameters Fail
Finished, time used: 11 sec
Remove/Install battery now !
Then I write repair eeprom then tried to unlock.But still it shows th same message mentioned above.
Infinity team , plssssssss give me a solution.thnx

hello, at last I unlocked A38. Try this method.
Flash the set with this firmware(A38_Main_v123[1].6BM),Downloaded frm support area.After flashing remove battery and insert again and make Sp unlock operation.
