X500 flashing problem

today I try to flash panasonic X500 but there is a problem.

Can somebody tell me how to realese flashing of this model with my infinniti box

As I can see software can't read phone sw version.
what is phone status ? is it working phone or damaged ?

phone is working normaly I just try to change lang.

Please, try to flash phone again, double check that cable has no damage.
