V3 motorola died and every time stay in service mode

I have one V3 and every time i put the battery motorola goes to test mode , i flash it with smart clip , usb smart motorola , and the same story .

flashing goes well , everything ok but motorola always in test mode .

If any solution , please post it

with smart clip

do (pds) repair then do full flash

if that does not work perhaps you need to write new boot in phone and full flash
