c114 AFTER UNLOCK POWER OFF PROBLEM

HALLOW,
I HAVE DONE MANY C114,C115 UNLOCK BY FLASHING.BUT TODAY ONE C114 SHOWED AN ERROR MESSAGE DURING UNLOCK(DID NOT CARE THAT ERROR MESSAGE-SO DID NOT REMEMBER).BUT AFTER UNLOCK ALL FUNCTIONS R OK-BUT CAN NOT POWER OFF USING POWER BUTTON-TO OFF BATTERY MUST REMOVE(CLICKING SOUND HEAR WHEN PRESS POWER BUTTON)
I ALSO NOTED THAT ITS FLASHING IS FAST COMPARED TO OTHERS.THE FLASHING DETAILS AS BELOW(FINISHED IN ONE MINUTE-OTHER SETS FOR FLASHING NEAR 5 MINUTES)

Desable "smart write" and try again...could help, post results

Are you sure it didn't had this problem , BEFORE you have received the phone for unlocking?

cut tp
write repair data..tick on soft restore cuttted track...

then flash this phone....and post results

Do you know what firmware version was in phone before any operations ?
If you have the same phone, check what is firmware version and write in phone the same version as before.
If you don't know original fw ver, try to use different files set from support area and flash phone.

If you have another PCB of this kind of the phone, I think it is time to make a comparation. Voltages, intrerupts of circuits...etc. One reasonable explanation should be that usually the "power" key is tensioned separately. When you power on the phone, the battery gives enough power to the key, but later when other HW is initialised (Processor, memory, display, signal part) something holds the current from the Power key.

Other functions are working well? Like ending a call, or exit the menu, with that key?

I have this problem with C115, but i thing the problem is hardware
The phone still work after pres and hold power button
power button workig properly any time only, when i try to power off
