For M300 (TCM Tchibo) unlocking you need RX , TX and GND in cable connector, + a cable that grounds the TP.
I have a cable for unibox, witch ground isn't connected to RJ45 connector's GND, but has a wire that comes out from the other part of the cable (phone connector), for TP. (this cable actually is the GND for the phone)
In the case you have the same cable as I have, DON'T disconnect the TP wire from TP when program asks, just wait until unlocking is finished, and all will be OK.
Tested on 2 pieces.....
I think it is an isolated cable problem, if not, please post results.
