8380 cant direct unlock u must flash it.Or U can direct unlock new farmware of 8380 with FuriousGold.

Use Cruiser (http://www.gsm-forum.ro/viewtopic.php?t=138) or Furious GOLD (http://www.gsm-forum.ro/viewtopic.php?t=109). This are also good tools with good support. Vygis is good too, but pretty slow and maybe more complicated ...

Do i need to flash .. well my phone work perfectly ... if so where will i get firmware ?. and how do i flash >

Mate i dont have Cruiser or fufious gold box.. just a normal Serial 9 v cable.. dats it ... so was trying to unlock wid vygis....
you can unlock lg 8380 also whit SeTool cracked :)
or whit vygis cracked select 8180 and

But when i tried to connect it says ... Phone does not respond ?. how will i flash without connecting fone to vygis ?.

Yes it is full charge mate... dont know why it is not connecting.. even i've replaced the cable same problem...

U mean both of my cells are damaged ?. ma cell battery is charging....

I unlock Many Pics wid Cruiser ... Direct Unlock in less thn Mint .... 1000%% resultss .... try & post results ....

I'm having the exact same problem, with the same model (8330). Thing is, Vygis was working until I flashed my phone with the v10 firmware. Now i get that exact same error.
