Hi,

is there any tool that can convert motorola s-record files (.s2 .s3) from retrofit to binary files (.bin) and vice versa

There is universal open source free tool for convert S-record format to binary - objcopy.exe from binutils GNU project. I use objcopy in my Windows 2000 PC with Cygwin, as part of eCos2.0 Open Source Em******* OS for ARM platform.
