USB Dongle driver not installed!!!

Hello, I'm need you help!
I'm have SST boxone box with Dongle.
But I have some problems with software. I'm install SST_BoxeOne_setup, then install Dongle in USB port.
Computer hardware see 2 new device
1. SST BoxOne (com3)
2. SST BoxOne Dongle (in USB devices)
I'm run SST program. oll OK
but when i'm need to work with telephone with test-point
SST give me to see 2 messeges
1. Please connect the needle to Test-point
then "ok"
2. USB Dongle driver not installed!!!!!!
then "ok"
after this program closed
my buisness is stopped.

We were informed for your problem from your local reseller in Ukraine.
We have made several test on test machines but it did not show this problem.
Please contact to our support e-mail with description of your OS installed program and devices and etc.
Please try installation on another clean system.

and driver for new Dongle. But when i'm bay this box i'm have install SSTv 7.52(New BoxOne Edition) Only for BoxOne Dongle! (http://www.sst-gsm.com/scard/SST_BoxeOne_Setup.exe) all works. Now when I'm install old software (7.52) box it is dont work too.

3) I'm contact with our support, they made several test on test machines and it show this problem, they make resume thet problems with software and recommend me to speak with you about my problem.

p.s. This is not only my problem. My friends have this problems too.

Please contact with our support email describing your problem and system. we may send you a test program that will detect the problem at your system and send us the data from this diagnostic test -program
