its np 3 days later or before but its not fine because after get trace we give delivery date to customer and need chang it now..

These people always reply very correctly, sometimes need to wait some hours, but maximum 24 hours.

dont buy nothing from them, they sent me defective smartunlocker and never replaced it. they are very bad for buying stuff.

You have been offered multiple oppotunities to be helped and to have your stuff fixed but it seems you choose to take your time and complain for months on forum. Well, maybe you just prefer this style..
