ERROR!!!Usb driver not installed!

What`s that mean,when I connect needle to test point and press unlock?
When I select phone model Benq-Semens S68/C81/EL71 seting Baud rate to 460k,and com,boot mode test point or pached boot.After the message "Please connect needle to the test point",when click OK,then writes this message.Then press OK and program is closed!Anybody have this problem!

Hy SST Team.I`ll find post with the same problem by "shamandr",you can sand that test program to my adress zeljko_civcija@yahoo.com,anyway I can sand presonal info of my operating system if you want!

We have not resolved yet on which systems this problem appear.
One of the user reported that this appear on a system when JAF p-key is insalled. We cannot comfirm yet that this is the reason for this problem as this was reported by only few people.So please contact to our support email and describe your problem.
